Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellations

As a General Trading Company handling bulk supply and wholesale distribution, order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the purchase order. Cancellations requested after the processing or dispatch of industrial and commercial supplies will not be accepted, and the buyer will be liable for the full invoice amount.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only processed under the following conditions:

• The products delivered are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The products delivered do not match the specifications mentioned in the confirmed purchase order.
• Notification of such issues is provided to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for defective wholesale goods, please contact our support team at contact@jaydurgaenterprisess.com with detailed photographs and a description of the issue. Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate the return pickup. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-sourced materials, specially manufactured industrial products, and goods damaged due to improper handling by the receiver are strictly non-refundable.
